Surrounded by an impassable mountain range, the Valley is a vast region filled with dark forests, open grasslands, steep mountains and hills, lakes, and of course, mysterious swamps. Since a great cataclysm buried mountain passes under millions of tons of rock, the Valley civilization developed in complete isolation from the outside. Your adventurer was born after the cataclysm and has never known the outside world.
The Valley is a harsh mistress, with unforgiving winters that decimate the population, marauding goblins and trolls, and traces of forgotten civilizations luring adventurers to their doom. Will you heed the call of adventure?
